About This Role
- Design, architect, and build highly scalable backend systems serving millions of customers in a digital banking environment.
- Lead development and ownership of complex microservices and distributed platform components ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and operational excellence.
- Define backend architecture standards, lead API strategy and governance, and mentor engineering teams through technical guidance and code reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10+ years of experience in backend engineering and distributed systems development.
- Expertise in Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or other enterprise backend technologies.
- Experience with large-scale microservices architectures and distributed systems including event-driven architectures and messaging platforms like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, API Gateway security and lifecycle management, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps practices.
