About This Role
- Own Salesforce DevOps processes including deployment, release planning, and operational support for client Salesforce environments.
- Manage assigned workstreams, coordinate build automation, and troubleshoot deployment issues using DevOps tools and pipelines.
- Review and guide junior team members' work and build client relationships by addressing delivery questions and adapting to changing priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in oral and written English.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps in Service Cloud environments is required or strongly implied.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Holds Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications.
- Has educational background in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
- Experienced in applying Salesforce DevOps tools, including integrating release pipelines, deployment automation, and mentoring junior staff.
