About This Role
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from planning through execution aligned with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among service lines, technology, operations, and vendors to ensure program success.
- Develop and maintain program plans, KPIs, governance frameworks, and communication plans for executive stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
- 10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably with tech-driven initiatives.
- Location requirement: Mumbai.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in project/program management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional transformation programs in financial or professional services sectors.
- Skilled in data-driven decision making and continuous improvement analysis.
- Proficient with program management tools like Smartsheet or MS Project and experienced with Agile delivery methods (preferred).
