About This Role
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of large SAP AMS projects and service delivery, managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and quality.
- Serve as primary customer interface managing senior stakeholder relationships, service reviews, escalations, and governance to ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
- Oversee financials including revenue, cost, utilization, forecasting, and profitability, along with resource planning and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years total IT experience with at least 5+ years in SAP AMS Project or Program Management roles.
- Work model is onsite at customer location, BKC, Mumbai, India.
- Educational qualification: B.E./B.Tech. with MBA preferred.
- Proven experience managing large SAP AMS/support environments, customer-facing leadership, ITIL/ITSM knowledge, and project financial management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating complex, large-scale SAP AMS and support engagements with distributed onsite and offshore teams.
- Strong ability to lead senior stakeholder management, escalations, and executive governance in customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and tools such as ServiceNow, with certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL preferred, SAP certification advantageous.
