About This Role
- Lead and scale the security operations team in Bengaluru, responsible for protecting a global investment platform.
- Oversee continuous monitoring, incident detection, triage, investigation, and response across global technology environments.
- Establish executive-level metrics to communicate operational performance and improve detection and response workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in security operations or managed detection and response.
- 5+ years leading security teams in India with multi-time zone, shift-based operations experience.
- Expertise in security monitoring, incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management, and operational risk reduction.
- Proven experience with Splunk for security triage, dashboarding, report creation, and automation of workflows.
