About This Role
- Develop and execute daily capacity planning for fleet at all plants and areas to meet organizational goals.
- Manage fleet operations including tracking fleet movement, coordinating with insurers, and preparing monthly performance MIS for transporters.
- Handle transit damage control, ensure quality and timely delivery, and manage transporter/vendor induction, contract documentation, and payments.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA preferably in logistics.
- 5-6 years experience in outbound logistics and distribution.
- Technical/commercial proficiency in DMS & SAP and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Work Experience Required: 5-6 years in outbound logistics and distribution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in logistics capacity planning and fleet management within manufacturing or distribution.
- Comfortable managing multiple internal and external stakeholders including transporters and insurance teams.
- Proficient in data interpretation and analytics to support operational and financial improvements.
