About This Role
- Support global news operations by managing freelancer/vendor contracts, payments, and procurement processes.
- Maintain up-to-date headcount and contractor information, handle customer queries, and assist with news planning and database searches.
- Ensure efficient operations through accurate reporting and resolving issues, working in rotational evening/overnight shifts.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in Business Operations or related role within a global environment.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Willingness to work 24/5 rotational shifts including evenings and nights (mandated).
- Work Experience Required: 1-2 years in Business Operations or Operations role
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing multiple operational priorities and resolving issues diplomatically via phone/email.
- Familiarity or interest in news/journalism to assist with news planning and database tools.
- Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment supporting multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
