About This Role
- Oversee and optimize air freight export/import operations aligning with business strategy to maximize profitability and operational excellence.
- Manage customer and partner relationships including carriers, vendors, customs brokers, ensuring billing quality and timely dispute resolution to maintain healthy P&L.
- Lead, mentor, and allocate resources for the Air Export team to achieve performance targets and service excellence, driving new product launches and compliance with customs regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in logistics or airline industry.
- Experience managing a team of at least 5 people.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Work Experience Required: 8-10 years in logistics or airline sector.

- Experienced in leading operational excellence initiatives and high-performance teams within air freight or logistics environments.
- Skilled in strategic planning and operational resource optimization in a complex, regulated industry.
