About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Capital Market Operations including settlements, reconciliations, custody, and regulatory reporting.
- Lead and guide a team of operations professionals to ensure SLA adherence, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
- Drive process automation, handle escalations, audit compliance, and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Capital Market Operations.
- 3-5 years of team management experience driving operational excellence.
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Management, or related discipline.
- NISM certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex capital market operations with strong knowledge of NSE, BSE, NSDL, CDSL, SEBI regulations.
- Demonstrated ability managing large teams and improving operational performance and compliance.
- Capable of driving automation, process improvements, and managing multi-stakeholder coordination in a regulated environment.
