About This Role
- Own operational compliance and audit readiness for Data Operations, managing end-to-end resolution of data anomalies and regulatory findings.
- Serve as primary technical expert and representative in CIC forums, Technical Working Groups, and operational committees to influence data standards and ecosystem guidelines.
- Collaborate with Technology to modernize data ingestion pipelines from legacy batch to cloud-native streaming workflows and automate manual data cleansing processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 9–12 years of experience in Data Operations, Data Governance, or Regulatory Operations within Credit Bureaus (CIC), Scheduled Commercial Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech/Financial Infrastructure platforms.
- Deep understanding of credit bureau reporting architectures across Consumer, Commercial, and Microfinance pipelines, including CICRA 2005 and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience managing regulatory audits, executing Corrective Action Plans and Root Cause Analyses, and automating operational workflows.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory directives into data architecture specifications and operational workflows.

- Has prior active participation in Technical Working Groups or CIC sub-groups influencing industry-wide data ingestion formats and standards.
- Experienced in transforming manual operational processes into automated and efficient workflows within a regulatory framework.
- Comfortable operating as a technical and operational custodian at the intersection of data operations and compliance in a regulated financial environment.
