About This Role
- Verify and maintain legal documentation, collateral records, and compliance for Working Capital products including CC, OD, BG, LC, and Trade Finance.
- Manage end-to-end operational activities such as disbursement processing, insurance policy coordination, limit maintenance, and audit liaison to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Lead and develop a team to drive operational risk mitigation, process improvements, reporting (MIS, dashboards), and adherence to regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations with exposure to Working Capital products.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of CC/OD, BG, LC, Trade Finance, RBI guidelines, operational risk, and banking regulations.
- Proficiency in core banking systems and MS Excel.

- Experienced leader capable of managing teams and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders including Business, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
- Detail-oriented operator with proven ability to manage documentation, audit processes, and operational risk controls in a banking environment.
- Operator comfortable with process improvement initiatives, automation, and preparing management reports and MIS for senior leadership.
