About This Role
- Architect, design, and implement complex, large-scale batch and streaming data pipelines primarily on Azure and On-Prem environments.
- Own data modeling and engineering strategy for analytics ensuring data quality, observability, and pipeline reliability using Azure services.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership by mentoring engineers, solving complex problems, and driving adoption of Generative & Agentic AI across engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in data and software engineering with ownership of large, complex data landscapes.
- Expertise in data engineering including batch & streaming pipeline design, data modeling, warehousing, and strong SQL skills.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or Java preferred) and experience with microservices architectures and CI/CD practices.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform; demonstrated experience driving adoption of Gen AI/Agentic AI and exposure to modern GenAI/LLM tooling.

- Experienced technical leader able to influence senior stakeholders and translate business priorities into scalable data and AI solutions.
- Strong background in designing scalable, maintainable, and event-driven systems across multi-domain data landscapes.
- Demonstrated track record mentoring engineers and elevating engineering practices, especially in environments leveraging advanced AI adoption.
