About This Role
- Lead design and execution of comprehensive test strategies including automation, performance, and end-to-end integration testing across multiple scrum teams.
- Own testing quality control processes including oversight of test plans, defect tracking, and test environment management to ensure delivery of top-quality solutions.
- Mentor junior QA staff and collaborate with architects and business analysts to define non-functional requirements and performance testing plans.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Software QA or Development Engineering roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java with experience in building test automation frameworks.
- Proven expertise with QA methodologies, agile testing, performance testing, automation, and integration testing.
- Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail), CI/CD integration, and database testing (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior QA professional capable of leading multi-squad testing initiatives within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Technically adept in automation frameworks and data validation with a strong background in SQL and API testing.
- Comfortable driving adoption of AI-powered testing tools such as Microsoft Copilot and integrating testing workflows into cloud-based CI/CD platforms.
