About This Role
- Lead client engagements to gather requirements, design data solutions, and deliver technical specifications for Adobe Experience Platform customers.
- Manage multiple customer projects, interact directly with clients, and collaborate with onshore and offshore software engineering teams.
- Drive data modeling, ETL processes, and automation to enable dynamic customer-level analysis and build 360-degree customer views across data sources.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data transformation, ETL, data modeling (relational, dimensional, columnar, big data), and complex SQL/NoSQL.
- Proficient with Adobe Experience Platform, Big Data, ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Unifi), AWS, Pyspark, and data warehousing concepts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field (B.Tech/MCA/MCA/M.Tech).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience leading customer projects and delivering technical documentation.

- Experienced in customer-centric dataset design involving CRM, marketing, offline, call center, POS data to enable comprehensive analytics.
- Demonstrates capability to innovate and automate data processing workflows using scripting languages for large-scale datasets.
- Operates effectively as a liaison between clients and technical teams managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
