About This Role
- Supervise and monitor daily business processes in Deutsche Bank Investment Services focusing on German/European investment banking domains such as Asset Services, Tax Services, and Operations Control.
- Manage SLAs, workforce planning including remote work, and quality control ensuring accuracy, defect management, and continuous improvement.
- Lead people management activities including motivation, performance management, attrition control, stakeholder coordination, compliance with audits, and timely business reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience with 4-5 years in leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree required; Commerce degree preferred; Master's in Commerce or Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience working with international clients, preferably in banking captive or third-party organizations.
- German language certification from premier institute preferred; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with strong command of investment banking processes related to German/European markets and sub-domains such as Corporate Actions, Trade Processing, Tax Services.
- Skilled in managing operational SLAs and workforce in hybrid environments with a focus on process quality and continuous improvement.
- Capable of stakeholder management and compliance adherence in audit environments with ability to leverage AI tools responsibly for workflow optimization.
