About This Role
- Lead the technical configuration of platform requirements for new and existing PaaS clients to support prior authorization automation goals.
- Test, define success criteria, and execute configuration of new and existing client platform functionalities within project timelines.
- Serve as a technical SME to client-facing teams and collaborate cross-functionally to develop internal configuration management tools for scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years professional experience in a Configuration Management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with JSON-based business rules and Jira.
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana preferred.

- Experienced in fast-paced environments with multiple ongoing project management and execution.
- Strong collaboration skills working with product, development, design, and engineering teams to deliver configuration solutions.
- Domain interest or experience in HealthTech and U.S. healthcare system improvements.
