About This Role
- Provide day-to-day application support and functional leadership for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, primarily Core HR and Learn, within a Managed Services environment.
- Design solutions, offer expert advice on best practices, cloud processes, configuration, and roadmaps for successful client delivery.
- Conduct training and coaching for colleagues, assist in pre-sales demos, and work effectively with remote end-users.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including at least one project as a functional expert.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Core HR and Learn modules; in-depth knowledge of Recruit (ORC) or Time and Labor (OTL) is required.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5–6 years in Oracle HCM Cloud consulting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to work independently and unsupervised while providing functional leadership and client guidance.
- Experienced in translating business requirements into functional Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with strong documentation skills.
- Familiarity with multiple HCM Cloud modules and ITIL processes, preferably with Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
