About This Role
- Lead governance of growth initiatives by providing weekly progress updates on development timelines, milestones, risks, and deviations.
- Build and maintain advanced performance dashboards with tools like JIRA and Tableau to consolidate key metrics such as sprint velocity, cycle time, quality, and resource allocation.
- Oversee and enforce PDLC compliance, risk mitigation, quality metrics (code coverage, defect density, technical debt), and integration testing signoffs, collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in product operations, quality engineering, or technical program management in agile software environments.
- Advanced proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI including scripting experience.
- Strong understanding of PDLC methodologies, risk management, software testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and integration testing.
