About This Role
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and applications in production environments for enterprise customers.
- Own end-to-end delivery from prototype to production while optimizing for performance, cost, and reliability.
- Lead technical workstreams in strategic customer engagements, influencing product direction through real-world feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8+ years of software engineering experience with customer-facing or applied roles.
- Strong coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and production AI systems.
- Willingness to travel ~20–30% to customer sites.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering complex integrated AI and automation solutions in customer environments, preferably with exposure to agent frameworks or orchestration systems.
- Skilled at translating ambiguous business problems into scalable AI/RPA solutions and managing technical risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Background in applied AI, machine learning, automation platforms (e.g., UiPath), or consulting/startup environments with ability to influence product and technical standards.
