About This Role
- Ensure accurate identification, processing, and allocation of incoming customer payments through daily bank statement reviews and cash reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve unapplied, unidentified, duplicate, or misallocated payments, maintaining supporting documentation and adhering to financial controls and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with Collections, Billing, and Finance teams to resolve account queries and support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Cash Applications.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, cash allocation, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; experience with Navision or NetSuite is advantageous.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.

- Experienced in managing high-volume cash application workloads with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Able to investigate discrepancies thoroughly with ownership from identification through resolution.
- Demonstrates capability to engage with multiple stakeholders and contribute to process improvements and automation efforts.
