About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions primarily using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and perform data analysis to support strategic business initiatives.
- Lead or participate in large cross-functional projects while collaborating with stakeholders and managing reporting migrations and enhancements across platforms including Tableau.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Analytics experience or equivalent (work experience, training, military experience, education).
- Advanced experience in Power BI including dashboard development and self-service analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric for data integration, semantic models, datasets, and reporting solutions.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries and optimize for data analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing scalable enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions across multiple tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Tableau.
- Capable of translating complex business requirements into automated and self-service reporting solutions and dashboards.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating cross-functionally using tools like Jira and GitHub.
