About This Role
- Provide DevOps support for Oracle CPQ including incident analysis, root cause analysis, and ensuring SLA compliance in production environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams to automate deployments through CI/CD pipelines and monitor system performance for Oracle CPQ.
- Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities for process optimization and increased system efficiency within the Oracle CPQ platform.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working specifically with Oracle CPQ.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automation, and monitoring tools.
- Experience in incident management and root cause analysis in production systems.
- Mandatory skills include knowledge in CPQ areas such as BML scripts, Pricing rules and formulas, Configuration models, and Approval workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Oracle CPQ Cloud platform and its integration with enterprise systems like ERP and CRM through REST/SOAP APIs.
- Technical proficiency in scripting and customization languages relevant to CPQ such as BML, BMQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance DevOps operations and system reliability.
