About This Role
- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Blackstone’s Master Data Management (MDM) platform supporting finance and enterprise data needs.
- Partner with business, data, technology, governance, and operations stakeholders to identify priorities, define requirements, and drive adoption of MDM capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional delivery ensuring the platform provides trusted, governed, and reusable master data at scale while embedding governance and compliance measures.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in product management, data management, enterprise platforms or related roles with leadership of complex products at scale.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts including governance, stewardship, data quality, and hierarchy management.
- Degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in highly governed or regulated environments such as financial services preferred but not explicitly mandatory.

- Experienced in defining and executing multi-year product strategies for enterprise data or platform solutions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management at senior levels and driving cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.
