About This Role
- Own the full product lifecycle of scalable web and cloud native platforms, including functional specs, user stories, and high-level designs.
- Lead and mentor a scrum team of 2 to 5 engineers, ensuring agile delivery and continuous improvement.
- Contribute hands-on to code, perform code reviews, and manage technical project efforts including estimation and deliverables alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical lead capacity.
- Proven full-stack expertise with C# .NET Web API, React JS, and strong SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience in cloud technologies, preferably Azure; AWS experience is valued.
- Location: Chennai, India; Work Mode: In-office.

- Strong technical background in secure, reliable application design and full-stack development including cloud-native solutions.
