About This Role
- Manage the complete lifecycle of Corporate Information Systems hardware assets from introduction to retirement ensuring accurate tracking and recording in the CMDB.
- Conduct physical asset verifications and annual audits, presenting findings to finance for compliance and process improvements.
- Coordinate asset distribution, procurement assistance, stock maintenance, and collaborate with helpdesk and finance teams for onboarding/offboarding and audit processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Science or Commerce.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in asset management or similar domain.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; experience with inventory management and basic procurement process knowledge.
- On-site presence required at Chennai office; minimum travel within the country.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management with strong organizational and process compliance skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a global team environment with ability to handle multitasking and frequent interruptions.
- Effective communicator with ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders and maintain accurate detailed records.
