About This Role
- Manage technology tools and applications supporting employee ground transport operations, acting as liaison between operations and tech support.
- Own end-to-end employee transport projects including requirements gathering, planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and documentation.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies, perform scenario-based simulations, and support data-driven decision making for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduation degree mandatory.
- 7+ years of work experience required.
- Expertise in at least one ground transport technology tool such as MoveInSync, RouteMatic, SafeTrack, or TMS.
- Work location: On-site Bangalore, KA; rotational shifts; 6 days/week with 48 scheduled weekly hours.

- Experienced professional bridging transport operations with technology support, comfortable managing vendor and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong data analysis and project management skills focused on operational efficiency in employee transport.
- Skilled in incident management processes including ticket handling, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
