About This Role
- Maintain books and records for private partnerships and investment accounts including reconciliation, transaction recording, and accruals posting.
- Prepare and review complex management fee and distribution waterfall calculations, as well as income and expense allocations per partnership agreements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and coordinate with auditors, custodians, brokers, and fund administrators.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting or audit experience within Big Four public accounting or a mix of public accounting and investment management industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation, account analysis, and investment company accounting rules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Experienced in handling complex partnership accounting, fee structures, and financial reporting for private investment funds or similar entities.
- Detail-oriented with ability to resolve complex accounting problems and perform analytical assessments on performance metrics.
