About This Role
- Lead coordination across sales, architects, consulting, legal, and delivery teams to ensure large modernization programs are well scoped, deliverable, and successful from pre-sales through initial delivery.
- Own technical solution management including scoping, proof-of-concept framing, assumptions, dependencies, baselining, SoW creation and review, and delivery readiness.
- Orchestrate complex multi-tower modernization programs spanning application modernization, cloud migration, mainframe, network & edge modernization, managing dependencies, risks, and mitigation across subdomains.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years experience coordinating or leading complex, large-scale modernization programs from pre-sales through delivery.
- Proven expertise across multiple modernization domains: applications, cloud, mainframe, network & edge.
- Strong technical solution leadership skills including scoping, PoC framing, assumptions/dependencies management, and SoW creation/review.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills; experience with AI-enabled tools and repeatable modernization frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working on large strategic deals involving complex stakeholder management and multi-platform modernization environments (hybrid estates).
- Demonstrated ability to consolidate diverse technical solutions into a cohesive, multi-tower modernization program ensuring risk management and delivery predictability at scale.
- Operating style suited to integrating cross-functional teams, driving program orchestration across multiple technology domains and delivery teams.
