About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple change projects or large-scale transformation initiatives end-to-end using methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or DMAIC.
- Own planning, execution, implementation, operational readiness, and embedding of change initiatives including risk, budget, and benefits management.
- Engage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, governance, and successful change adoption through communication, training, and continuous improvement activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in Change Management, Project Management, Business Transformation, or related fields.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level.
- Experience with methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, Lean, DMAIC, or Scrum is mandatory.
