About This Role
- Operate day-to-day cybersecurity services including monitoring, incident response, and threat investigation across global regions.
- Administer and support SentinelOne and Zscaler security platforms, managing policies, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT teams and managed security service providers to enhance security operations maturity and handle security-related service requests.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, SOC, or security administration roles.
- Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR, MDR, SIEM, or equivalent security monitoring technologies.
- Experience administering SentinelOne and Zscaler platforms or equivalents.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows, macOS, networking, and cloud security fundamentals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced cybersecurity operations professional familiar with incident response and threat detection processes within SOC environments.
- Skilled in security platform administration and coordination with internal teams and external managed security providers.
- Holds or is pursuing relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Security, Zscaler, or SentinelOne certifications.
