About This Role
- Manage application support and incident resolution for Teamcenter PLM and CAD systems ensuring SLA adherence and stable operations.
- Support and troubleshoot PLM workflows including ECN, MCN, Release, and Change management, ensuring data consistency and process compliance.
- Coordinate root cause analysis and problem management for recurring issues, monitor system integrations and performance, and provide updates to global teams and management.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in PLM application support.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM and production L2 support.
- Mandatory experience with NX and AutoCAD; familiarity with PLM workflows (ECN, MCN, Change Management).

- Experienced in SLA-driven PLM support environments with strong incident and problem management skills.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with globally distributed teams and stakeholder communication.
