About This Role
- Own and administrate Salesforce as the primary system of record, ensuring data integrity and reliability across GTM operations.
- Manage and scale AI-powered GTM systems including Cadence platform and integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Snowflake, etc.
- Design and deploy AI-driven automations and workflows to optimize revenue lifecycle processes from lead to cash and retention.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is mandatory.
- Proven expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, Flows, security, data management, and integrations (REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
