About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Perform data analysis and develop complex SQL queries to support strategic business initiatives and improve reporting accuracy.
- Lead or participate in large cross-functional projects collaborating with stakeholders to enhance reporting platforms and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Advanced experience with Power BI including dashboard development and self-service analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL including writing complex queries and query optimization.
- Experience working in Hybrid work environment with 3 days remote return to office (RTO).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in scalable enterprise reporting and analytics solution design and implementation, especially with Microsoft Fabric and Tableau.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira and GitHub.
- Skilled in translating complex business requirements into technical reporting and visualization solutions with high attention to data quality and compliance.
