About This Role
- Lead development and execution of category strategies focused on supplier ecosystem in India to support global supply chain and business growth.
- Drive end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including supplier scouting, qualification, and onboarding, for new business opportunities.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships, facilitate innovation adoption, and ensure alignment of category strategies across regions and projects.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in technical or economics/business field.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- 10-12 years of experience in procurement, category management, supplier development with focus on new supplier identification and qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Indian manufacturing and supplier landscape, preferably in logistics automation or related field.

- Experienced in working in an international, cross-functional environment engaging multiple stakeholder levels.
- Proven capability in building supplier networks and driving innovation adoption in complex supply chains.
