About This Role
- Own financial oversight and spend tracking for the Airoli data center client engagement, ensuring billing accuracy and financial governance.
- Lead invoicing, payment processing, AP/AR reconciliation, and month-end financial activities for the account.
- Develop financial dashboards, conduct variance analyses, support audit and compliance, and act as the primary financial liaison with client finance teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or client financial management; service industry experience (facilities management or real estate) preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentations.
- Location requirement: On-site in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing client financials in a service industry context, preferably in facilities management or real estate sectors.
- Strong operating style in end-to-end financial management including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders including operations, procurement, and client finance teams to resolve financial issues and coordinate reporting.
