About This Role
- Own and manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations including AP, AR, and GA processes for the group.
- Lead and deliver multiple lease abstraction projects, balancing hands-on contribution with managing a large team of 100-120 members.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring SLA deliverables, stakeholder management, process improvements, compliance audits, and team performance management.
Minimum Requirements
- ~15 years of work experience in Finance & Accounting with ~10 years in team management roles.
- University Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accountancy, or Commerce.
- On-site work location: Gurugram.
- Proven experience managing large and diverse Finance & Accounting teams and handling business process transitions.

- Experienced leader with a track record of managing large-scale F&A operations and delivering lease administration projects under strict deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management capability with proven client management and cross-hierarchical collaboration skills.
- Demonstrates ability to identify and implement process improvements, maintain low attrition below industry average, and develop talent through coaching and mentoring.
