About This Role
- Lead the technical design, configuration, and testing of complex client lifecycle journeys and workflows on the Fenergo CLM platform across multiple banking lines of business.
- Configure and maintain policy, risk, regulatory rules, document requirement matrices, risk scoring, and compliance triggers to enforce global regulatory mandates.
- Design and implement granular role-based access controls, security entitlements, data visibility rules, and manage configuration release and governance across environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 13 years of experience in Corporate/Investment Banking or Wholesale Financial Services with exposure to KYC/AML, Client Onboarding, Due Diligence (CDD/EDD), and regulatory compliance.
- Deep, hands-on Fenergo CLM platform configuration experience (v8.x, v9.x, SaaS/Cloud editions) including journey and workflow engine mastery.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience Required: 10 to 13 years (Banking domain experience mandatory).

- Senior-level individual contributor comfortable with complex technical configurations within Fenergo declarative framework without custom coding.
- Experienced with compliance-heavy environments requiring multi-jurisdictional regulatory rule implementation.
