About This Role
- Lead strategic alignment and operational efficiency in engineering excellence for India-based squads within the Customer Data Domain (CDD).
- Oversee architecture decisions and technology choices to ensure high-quality delivery and engineering standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, manage engineering governance, and coordinate cross-squad dependencies to enhance project outcomes and squad autonomy.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years relevant experience including 5+ years in core technology organizations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Engineering field.
- Proven experience with 3-tier cloud-native applications: frontend (React/Redux preferred or Micro frontend), backend (Java), databases (SQL and NoSQL), AWS Cloud, containers/Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD tools.
- Strong skills in solution/system design, application security, automated pipeline release management, and mentoring engineering leads/teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing and uplifting multiple engineering squads in a tech-driven, agile environment.
- Hands-on technical expertise across full software development lifecycle, cloud-native architectures, and scalable API microservices.
- Proven ability to drive engineering governance, cross-team coordination, and continuous improvement in large-scale technology organisations.
