About This Role
- Own a module end to end including design, development, testing, and delivery of backend systems and agent workflows.
- Write production-quality code and collaborate closely with senior engineers on requirements and technical design.
- Participate in client demos and architecture discussions, communicate technical decisions clearly, and manage module delivery with proactive reporting of progress and issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on Python skills with frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, Redis or similar caching, API design, queues, scalability, and failure handling.
- Knowledge of agent loops, multi-agent architectures, prompting, RAG, and LLM evaluations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working independently to complete software modules with minimal supervision and making user-driven design decisions.
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients to explain technical work and participate in architecture discussions.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, GCP), Docker, CI/CD, and agent frameworks (LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK) is a plus but not mandatory.
