About This Role
- Own the creation and execution of test strategies, plans, and automation scripts to ensure quality delivery of Genea's product implementations.
- Perform a range of testing types including functional, integration, regression, API, database validation, and end-to-end testing using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Postman, and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams in an Agile environment contributing to test design, automation, defect tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
- Proficient in manual testing and test design methodologies; practical experience in test automation using Playwright and/or Selenium.
- Experience in REST API testing with tools like Postman or Swagger and SQL for backend validation.
- Location: Ahmedabad, India (Hybrid)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced QA professional skilled in both manual and automated testing for SaaS/PaaS enterprise applications.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced Agile environments with distributed teams.
- Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools and scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java for enhancing QA efficiency.
