About This Role
- Provide SAP HCM consulting services including analysing client needs, implementing SAP HCM software solutions, and providing training and support.
- Focus on Indian Payroll processes within SAP HCM, contributing to operational efficiency and client strategic objectives.
- Potential travel to client locations and work onsite as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HCM with Indian Payroll experience.
- Experience in SAP HCM implementation is highly preferred.
- Education: B.Tech, MBA, or MCA.
- Must be willing to travel and work from client locations when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multiple areas of SAP HCM modules beyond payroll.
- Has a consulting orientation with hands-on implementation exposure in SAP HCM.
- Comfortable with client-facing roles and onsite work environments.
