About This Role
- Lead design, delivery, and scaling of AI agents, chatbots, and low-code solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services for strategic business cases.
- Own architecture, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI solutions ensuring scalability, security, and measurable business outcomes.
- Build and mentor team capability in Copilot Studio and AI platforms, partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and roadmap AI initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Strong experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agents.
- Experience with Agent OS, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and governance/compliance in enterprise environments.
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 8 years in relevant fast-paced business environments; Location: Pune or Noida; Hybrid work with onsite presence at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading enterprise-scale low-code and AI initiatives with strong technical leadership and mentorship skills.
- Proficient in conversational AI design, agent orchestration, and integration of AI services with enterprise systems.
- Familiar with Center of Excellence models, AI governance standards, ROI/adoption metrics, and stakeholder management at executive levels.
