About This Role
- Process complex annuity policy claims while managing multiple applications and screens.
- Research and resolve customer inquiries following established guidelines to meet and exceed service standards.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance industry products, services, and team processes, working within strict timelines and fixed US shift hours.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduation in any stream; Commerce graduate preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in life insurance domain, specifically death claims or annuities.
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM with 98% accuracy; proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Effective English business communication skills and basic email/letter writing abilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in processing claims within the life insurance domain, preferably annuities, with strong attention to quality and detail.
- Comfortable working on non-rotating US shift timings following strict timelines.
- Familiarity with multiple software tools and aptitude for learning new applications quickly in a professional office environment.
