About This Role
- Conduct detailed reviews of escalated customer accounts to identify and mitigate payments fraud risks including chargebacks, ACH returns, wire disputes, and account takeovers.
- Analyze fraud trends and patterns in payment activities and provide actionable insights to Payments Risk management.
- Collaborate with investigations team to improve rule performance, document review processes, and recommend workflow improvements to reduce risk exposure.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in payments risk, fraud analysis, or risk operations within financial services or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of payments systems, fraud detection methodologies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in English communication both written and verbal.
