About This Role
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses adhering to financial guidelines.
- Support business performance improvements through financial analysis, participation in stakeholder presentations, and data compilation for business reviews.
- Contribute to developing financial models, processes, and cross-functional projects to enhance planning capabilities and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- CA or CMA qualification required.
- 6+ years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in financial planning and analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong financial analytical skills with ability to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities in business performance.
- Experience in preparing and presenting financial insights to senior management and business partners.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead process improvements in financial planning and analysis.
