About This Role
- Manage end-to-end banking operations including reconciliation, payment processing, fund transfers, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations such as GST, TDS, and other tax-related requirements.
- Handle comprehensive accounting functions including journal entries, ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce degree required.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in finance/accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, MIS reporting, and formula-based calculations.
- Must be willing to work in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently managing banking operations and financial accounting.
- Well-versed in Indian tax compliance including GST and TDS.
- Comfortable working with detailed accounting processes and Excel-based financial reporting.
