About This Role
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of large SAP AMS projects, ensuring scope, schedule, milestones, and quality goals are met.
- Own customer-facing governance, acting as the key interface between customer leadership and SAP delivery teams, managing reviews, expectations, and escalations.
- Manage project financials, resource capacity planning, risk mitigation, SLA/KPI adherence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across SAP AMS services.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years total IT experience with at least 5+ years in SAP AMS Project/Program Management or coordination roles.
- Experience managing large, complex SAP AMS/support environments with distributed onsite/offshore teams.
- Work must be onsite at customer location in BKC, Mumbai, India.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) mandatory; MBA preferred.

- Proven accountable leadership in SAP AMS project delivery, including service performance, customer satisfaction, governance, and financial management.
- Experienced in managing multiple concurrent SAP AMS projects, transitions, and continuous improvement within a complex support ecosystem.
- Skilled in customer stakeholder management and executive governance with strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and tools.
