About This Role
- Own end-to-end design for payments, switcher, and refunds experiences across web, mobile, and commercial surfaces at LinkedIn.
- Design and optimize payment methods to improve approval rates, reduce involuntary churn, and ensure compliance with global regulations.
- Lead design of new monetization surfaces from concept to launch and evolve shared design systems for payments and commerce patterns.
Minimum Requirements
- Location: Bangalore, India, hybrid work model.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of user experience design experience, specifically in large-scale transactional, enterprise, or commerce software.
- Must provide a portfolio or samples of work for application.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead strategic end-to-end design initiatives involving complex payment and subscription systems.
- Experience working in compliance-heavy, regulated industries such as financial services, tax, or trust and safety.
- Strong systems thinker capable of designing scalable, coherent experiences across multiple payment methods, markets, and platforms.
