About This Role
- Lead design and own complex, data-rich AI-powered enterprise user experiences end-to-end for Talent Enterprise products.
- Set design vision, craft standards, and mentor other designers within the team in Bengaluru and cross-regionally.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, user research, UX writing, and data science partners to align design with business and user needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Location: Bengaluru, India; Hybrid work model (office and remote).
- Degree: MDes/BDes or equivalent in design, communication, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 8+ years in full product development lifecycle for web or software applications.
- Skills: Proficient with design and prototyping tools like Figma; portfolio submission required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver large-scale enterprise design projects that influence business direction.
- Expertise in designing data visualization and complex dashboards to make data actionable and clear.
- Experience leading design teams, setting quality standards, and working strategically across products with multiple stakeholders.
