About This Role
- Own end-to-end design of core product areas within Talent Enterprise AI-powered enterprise experiences across web, mobile, and desktop.
- Collaborate closely with engineering in Bengaluru, and design and product teams locally and in the US for delivery of polished, visually rich, and interactive user interfaces.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively, creating holistic solutions addressing business, brand, and user requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience in complete product development lifecycle of web or software applications.
- MDes/BDes or equivalent degree in graphic design, communication, human-computer interaction, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skilled in Figma and design prototyping tools.
- Work Location: Hybrid (Bengaluru, India).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced delivering medium to large-scale design projects independently or with some support from senior ICs or managers.
- Able to influence and engage across business areas and work in cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in visual design, motion design, rapid AI prototyping, and designing AI/LLM-powered experiences across multiple platforms.
